I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, & innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health & wellness experts. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, & preventive health. Drawing on these skills & my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real & lasting results.

My job as your health coach is to use a holistic approach to look at how all areas of your life are connected. All parts of your life affect your health as a whole, so we will look at each part together.

While you will learn a lot about nutrition, we will not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, & proteins. we won't create lists of restrictions or good & bad foods. Instead, we will work together to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun & rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, & maximizing energy. Each person is unique in their food & lifestyle needs. I will use a personalized, holistic approach to help you succeed!
